CCPA Notice

This notice is provided to California consumers pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

• Identifiers (email address, if you submit a contact form)
• Commercial information (store interaction history)
• Internet or network activity (kiosk usage logs)
• Audio/visual information (voice clips, optional face embeddings)
• Inferences drawn from the above (preference embeddings)

Sources

We collect information directly from shoppers interacting with the Remi kiosk and from store owners configuring their catalog.

Purposes of use

Operating the Remi kiosk, generating store-owner insights, improving the service, and detecting fraud or abuse.

Your rights

• Right to know what personal information we have about you.
• Right to delete your personal information.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Right against discrimination for exercising any of the above.

Email privacy@shopwithmeus.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization and will verify your identity before responding.
