Privacy Policy

Shop With Me, Inc. ("SWM", "we", "us") operates the Remi kiosk and related software for independent retailers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When a shopper interacts with a Remi kiosk, we record: the text or voice of the conversation, a timestamp, the product catalog references used, and (when enabled) an anonymized visual signal from the camera used to distinguish returning customers. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information unless a shopper voluntarily provides them.

How we use it

Conversations are used to improve responses, power the store owner's dashboard, and detect abuse. We do not sell conversation data. We do not share it with other stores. Aggregate trends (e.g., "winter drinks" search volume up) may appear in cross-store analytics, but individual conversations are not exposed.

Data retention

Conversations are retained for 24 months. Biometric signals (when enabled) are stored as embeddings and deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Your rights

You can request access, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing privacy@shopwithmeus.com. California residents have additional rights described in our CCPA Notice.

Children

Remi is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We'll post any material changes here and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
