By using Shop With Me ("SWM"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use SWM

SWM is offered to legally operating retailers in the United States. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your business.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shopwithmeus.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Remi to deceive customers or provide false product claims; (b) upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content to the catalog; (c) reverse engineer or resell the service; or (d) interfere with other stores' usage.

Fees and payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pilot tier is free for the pilot duration. You may cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Disclaimers

Remi's responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and, if needed, correcting the product catalog and prompts. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWM's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
